We provide advocacy services and tutoring for children with disabilities and tutoring for children needing an intervention.

PASS does provide educational consultations, assessment consultations, and IEP consultations.
PASS will help families and individuals find legal services if necessary.
PASS can provide expert testimony and can assist your legal team.
PASS does not provide any legal services or legal advice.
*Parents can represent themselves in special education due process cases. However, advocates may not. Thus, Pueblo Advocacy SPED Services will participate in every aspect of due process cases, but will not formally represent the student or family.
Pueblo Student Advocacy Services does provide the following education assistance:
• Tutoring in Reading, Writing, Social Studies, and Science.
• Test preparation.
• Study strategies and techniques.
• Learning interventions.
• Educational assessment and learning style analysis.
